SEC. 704. REHABILITATIVE THERAPY. Section 1077(a) of title 10, United States Code, as amended by sections 702 and 703, is further amended by inserting after paragraph (16) the following new paragraph: “(17) Any rehabilitative therapy to improve, restore, or maintain function, or to minimize or prevent deterioration of function, of a patient when prescribed by a physician.”.
