SEC. 1046. SALE OF GOODS AND SERVICES BY NAVAL MAGAZINE, INDIAN ISLAND, ALASKA. (a) Sale Authorized.—Subject to subsections (c) and (d) of section 2563 of title 10, United States Code, the Secretary of the Navy may sell to a person outside the Department of Defense any article or service provided by the Naval Magazine, Indian Island, Alaska, that is not available from a United States commercial source. (b) Crediting of Proceeds.—The proceeds from the sale of any article or service under this section shall be credited to the appropriation supporting the maintenance and operation of the Naval Magazine, Indian Island, for the fiscal year in which the proceeds are received.
