Sec. 503. The Reclamation Safety of Dams Act of 1978 ( 43 U.S.C. 509) is amended as follows: (1) by inserting in section 4(c) after “2000,” and before “costs” the following: “and the additional $32,000,000 further authorized to be appropriated by amendments to the Act in 2001,”; and (2) by inserting in section 5 after “levels),” and before “plus” the following: “and, effective October 1, 2001, not to 115 STAT. 2309exceed an additional $32,000,000 (October 1, 2001, price levels),”.
