SEC. 4110. COST NEUTRALITY FOR ELECTRONIC BENEFIT TRANSFER SYSTEMS. Section 7(i)(2) of the Food Stamp Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 2016(i)(2)) is amended— (1) by striking subparagraph (A); and (2) by redesignating subparagraphs (B) through (i) as subparagraphs (A) through (H), respectively.
