SEC. 1609. COMMODITY CREDIT CORPORATION INVENTORY. Section 5 of the Commodity Credit Corporation Charter Act (15 U.S.C. 714c) is amended in the last sentence by inserting before the period at the end the following: “(including, at the option of the Corporation, the use of private sector entities)”.
