SEC. 1610. RESERVE STOCK LEVEL. Section 301(b)(14)(C) of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938 (7 U.S.C. 1301(b)(14)(C)) is amended— (1) in clause (i), by striking “100,000,000” and inserting “60,000,000”; and (2) in clause (ii), by striking “15 percent” and inserting “10 percent”.
