SEC. 6003. RURAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY GRANTS. Section 306(a)(11)(D) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1926(a)(11)(D) is amended— (1) by striking “$7,500,000” and inserting “$15,000,000”; and (2) by striking “2002” and inserting “2007”.
