SEC. 209. CORRECTION OF FISHERMEN’S PROTECTIVE ACT OF 1967. Section 7(a)(3) of the Fishermen’s Protective Act of 1967 (22 U.S.C. 1977(a)(3)) is amended by striking “Secretary of Commerce” and inserting “Secretary of State”.
