SEC. 210. USE OF FUNDS RECEIVED BY THE INTERNATIONAL BOUNDARY AND WATER COMMISSION. Section 5 of the Act entitled “An Act providing for a study regarding the equitable use of the waters of the Rio Grande below Fort Quitman, Texas, in cooperation with the United States of Mexico”, approved May 13, 1924 (22 U.S.C. 277d), is amended by inserting “, the North American Development Bank, or the Border Environment Cooperation Commission” after “United Mexican States”.
