SEC. 1102. KEY VERIFICATION ASSETS FUND. Of the total amount made available to the Department for fiscal year 2003, $7,000,000 is authorized to be available within the Verification and Compliance Bureau’s account to carry out section 1111 of the Arms Control and Nonproliferation Act of 1999 (113 Stat. 1501A—486), as enacted into law by section 1000(a)(7) of Public Law 106-113.
