SEC. 1103. REVISED VERIFICATION AND COMPLIANCE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. Section 403(a) of the Arms Control and Disarmament Act (22 U.S.C. 2593a(a)) is amended by striking “January 31” and inserting “April 15”.
