SEC. 12216. LIMITATIONS ON USE OF FUNDS. Part F of title II of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 5671 et seq.), as so redesignated by section 12510, is amended adding at the end the following: “SEC. 299F. LIMITATIONS ON USE OF FUNDS. “None of the funds made available to carry out this title may be used to advocate for, or support, the unsecured release of juveniles who are charged with a violent crime.”.
