RULES OF CONSTRUCTION.

SEC. 12217. RULES OF CONSTRUCTION. Part F of title II of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 5671 et seq.), as so redesignated by section 12510 and amended by section 12516, is amended adding at the end the following: “SEC. 299G. RULES OF CONSTRUCTION. “Nothing in this title or title I shall be construed— “(1) to prevent financial assistance from being awarded through grants under this title to any otherwise eligible organization; or “(2) to modify or affect any Federal or State law relating to collective bargaining rights of employees.”.
