LEASING SURPLUS FEDERAL PROPERTY.
SEC. 12218. LEASING SURPLUS FEDERAL PROPERTY. Part F of title II of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 5671 et seq.), as so redesignated by section 12510 and amended by sections 12516 and 12517, is amended adding at the end the following: “SEC. 299H. LEASING SURPLUS FEDERAL PROPERTY. “The Administrator may receive surplus Federal property (including facilities) and may lease such property to States and units of general local government for use in or as facilities for juvenile offenders, or for use in or as facilities for delinquency prevention and treatment activities.”.
