SEC. 606. CAPITATION GRANTS FOR SCHOOLS OF PUBLIC HEALTH. (a) Authorization of Appropriations.—Section 770(e) (42 U.S.C. 295f) is amended by striking “and” after “1987,” and by inserting before the period the following: “, $4,700,000 for fiscal year 1989, and $3,000,000 for fiscal year 1990”. (b) Sunset Provision.—Part E of title VII (42 U.S.C. 295f et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following new section: “SEC. 773. SUNSET PROVISION. “Effective October 1, 1990, this part is repealed.”.
