SEC. 607. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR PROJECT GRANTS FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF DEPARTMENTS OF FAMILY MEDICINE. Section 780(d) (42 U.S.C. 295g(d)) is amended— (1) by striking “There” and inserting “For the purpose of carrying out this section, there”; (2) by striking “and” after “1987,” and inserting after “1988” the following: “, and $7,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1989 through 1991”; and (3) by striking “for payments under grants under subsection (a)”.
