SEC 201. PREPARATION OF BIMONTHLY BULLETIN. Section 203(a) of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11313(a)) is amended— (1) by striking “and” at the end of paragraph (5); (2) by striking the period at the end of paragraph (6) and inserting “; and”; and (3) by adding at the end the following new paragraph: “(7) prepare and distribute to States (including State contact persons), local governments, and other public and private non-profit organizations, a bimonthly bulletin that describes the Federal resources available to them to assist the homeless, including current information regarding application deadlines and appropriate persons to contact in each Federal agency providing the resources.”.
