SEC 102. ANNUAL PROGRAM SUMMARY BY COMPTROLLER GENERAL. (a) In General.— Section 105 of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C 11304) is amended— (1) by inserting “annually” after “shall”; and (2) by striking “a report” and all that follows and inserting the following: “to the Congress an annual summary of the status of each program authorized under this Act.”. (b) Conforming Amendments.— (1) Section heading.—The heading for section 105 of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11304) is amended by striking “AUDITS” and inserting “ANNUAL PROGRAM SUMMARY”. (2) Table of contents.— The item relating to section 105 in the table of contents in section 101(b) of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11301 prec.) is amended to read as follows: “Sec. 105. Annual program summary by Comptroller General.”
