SEC. 453. REPORTS TO CONGRESS. Section 427 of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11387) is amended to read as follows: “SEC. 427. REPORTS TO CONGRESS. “The Secretary shall submit annually to the Congress a report summarizing the activities carried out under this subtitle and setting forth the findings, conclusions, and recommendations of the Secretary as a result of the activities. The report shall be submitted not later than 3 months after the end of each fiscal year (6 months in the case of fiscal year 1988).”.
