SEC. 454. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. Section 428(a) of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11388(a)) is amended to read as follows: “(a) In General.— There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subtitle $100,000,000 for fiscal year 1989 and $105,000,000 for fiscal year 1990.”.
