USE OF ASSISTANCE.

SEC. 461. USE OF ASSISTANCE. Section 432(a) of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11392(a)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1)— 102 STAT. 3237 (A) by striking “or” at the end of subparagraph (A); and (B) by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: “(C) to provide supportive services for the homeless; or”; and (2) in paragraph (2)— (A) in subparagraph (A), by inserting “operation,” after “renovation,”; and (B) in subparagraph (B), by striking “homeless individuals” and inserting “the homeless”.
