SEC. 462. RESERVATION OF FUNDS. The second sentence of section 432(d) of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11392(d)) is amended— (1) by inserting “and services” after “facilities” each place it appears; and (2) by striking “individuals and” and inserting “individuals or”.
