Sec. 207. Section 101 of the Library of Congress Fiscal Operations Improvement Act of 2000 (Public Law 106–481; 2 U.S.C. 182a) is amended— (1) in the heading, by striking “AUDIO AND VIDEO”; and (2) in subsection (a), by striking “audio and video”.
