Sec. 208. (a) Section 102(a) of the Library of Congress Fiscal Operations Improvement Act of 2000 (2 U.S.C. 182b(a)) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: “(4) Special events and programs.”. (b) The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect upon the date on which the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and Senate approve a report submitted to the Committees by the Librarian of Congress which describes the guidelines and policies applicable to the hosting of special events and programs by the Librarian which are covered under 115 STAT. 588 section 102(a)(4) of the Library of Congress Fiscal Operations Improvement Act of 2000 (as added by subsection (a)).
