extension of early retirement and voluntary separation incentive payments for gpoSec. 210. (a) Section 309 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1999 (44 U.S.C. 305 note), is amended— (1) in subsection (b)(1)(A), by striking “October 1, 2001” and inserting “October 1, 2004”; and (2) in subsection (c)(2), by striking “September 30, 2001” and inserting “September 30, 2004”. (b) The amendments made by this section shall take effect as if included in the enactment of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1999.
