Sec. 105. (a) Section 120 of Public Law 97–51 (2 U.S.C. 61g6) is amended in the first sentence by striking “$75,000” and inserting “$100,000”. (b) This section shall apply with respect to fiscal year 2002 and each fiscal year thereafter.
