SEC. 621. MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES FOR HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS WITH CHRONIC MENTAL ILLNESS. The first sentence of section 612(a) of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 290aa–3 note) is amended to read as follows: “For payments pursuant to section 504(f) of the Public Health Service Act, there are authorized to be appropriated $11,000,000 for fiscal year 1989, $11,500,000 for fiscal year 1990, and such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 1991, in addition to any other amounts authorized to be appropriated for such payments for each of such fiscal years.”.
