SEC. 622. ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE TREATMENT OF HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS. Section 513(b) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290bb–2(b)) is amended to read as follows: “(b) There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out section 512(c) $14,000,000 for fiscal year 1989, $17,000,000 for fiscal year 1990, and such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 1991.”.
