SEC. 1008. TWEEMILL HOUSE. The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development shall process the application under section 202 of the Housing Act of 1959 (12 U.S.C. 1701q) for project 012-EH347 (Tweemill House) without regard to the cost limits that would otherwise be imposed pursuant to 24 C.F.R. 885.410(a)(1), and the assistance to such project under section 8 of the United States Housing Act of 1937 (42 U.S.C. 14370 may exceed the fair market rents established under section 8(c)(1) of such Act.
