SEC. 1009. HOUSING COUNSELING. Section 106(a)(2) of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 (12 U.S.C. 1701x(a)(2)) is amended by inserting before the period at the end of the first sentence the following: “or guaranteed or insured under chapter 37 of title 38, United States Code”.
