SEC. 715. STANDBY CAPABILITY FOR SELECTIVE SERVICE REGISTRATION OF HEALTH CARE PERSONNEL Section 10(h) of the Military Selective Service Act (50 U.S.C. App. 460(h)) is amended— (1) by striking out “If at” and all that follows through “nevertheless,” and inserting in lieu thereof “The Selective Service system shall”; and (2) by inserting “(including a structure for registration and classification of persons qualified for practice or employment in a health care occupation essential to the maintenance of the Armed Forces)” after “national emergency”.
