Sec. 2706. (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, projects and activities designated on pages 1267 through 1278 of the Joint Explanatory Statement of the Committee of Conference for Public Law 108–7 shall be eligible for fiscal year 2003 funds made available from the program for which each project or activity is so designated and projects and activities on pages 1305 through 1307 shall be awarded those grants upon receipt of an application.117 STAT. 601(b) Public Law 108–7 is amended in the first paragraph under the heading “Federal Highway Administration Limitation on Administrative Expenses” by striking “$269,700,000” and inserting “$299,745,000”.
