SEC. 722. TWO-YEAR PROHIBITION ON FEE FOR OUTPATIENT CARE AT MILITARY MEDICAL TREATMENT FACILITIES During fiscal years 1988 and 1989, the Secretary of Defense may not impose a fee for the receipt of outpatient medical or dental care at a military medical treatment facility.
