SEC. 806. MEMBERSHIP OF AREA MARITIME SECURITY ADVISORY COMMITTEES. Section 70112(b) of title 46, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end to following:“(5) The membership of an Area Maritime Security Advisory Committee shall include representatives of the port industry, terminal operators, port labor organizations, and other users of the port areas.”.
