SEC. 731. TECHNICAL AMENDMENT. Section 809(a)(2) of title VIII, division A of Public Law 100–180 (101 Stat. 1130, December 4, 1987) is amended by striking out “October 1, 1988” and inserting in lieu thereof “October 1, 1989”.
