SEC. 732. REPEALER. Paragraphs (2) through (5) of subsection 3(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632(a) (2H5D are repealed. Any numerical size standard that pertains to any of the designated industry groups, and that is in effect on September 30, 1988, shall remain in effect for the duration of the Program.
