SEC. 102. STREAMLINED CRITICAL PAY AUTHORITY. Section 5377 of title 5, United States Code, is amended—(1) by striking “Office of Personnel Management” each place it appears and inserting “Office of Management and Budget”;(2) by striking “Office of Management and Budget” each place it appears and inserting “Office of Personnel Management”;(3) in subsection (g), by striking “prescribing regulations under this section or”; and(4) in subsection (h), by striking “Committee on Post Office and Civil Service” and inserting “Committee on Government Reform”.
