Sec. 1205. National Film Preservation Board and National Film Preservation Foundation. (a) Effective Dates.—Notwithstanding the effective date under section 113 of the National Film Preservation Act of 1996 (2 U.S.C. 179w), title I of that Act shall be considered to be effective through fiscal year 2005.(b) Authorization of Appropriations.—Section 151711(a) of title 36, United States Code, is amended by striking “2003” and inserting “2005”.
