Sec. 1301. Discounts for Sales Copies. Section 1708 of title 44, United States Code, is amended by striking “of not to exceed 25 percent may be allowed to book dealers and quantity purchasers”, and inserting the following: “may be allowed as determined by the Superintendent of Documents”.
