SEC. 1244. PROVISION OF COMMAND AND CONTROL DATA FROM TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE FOR DRUG INTERDICTION ASSISTANCE Whenever the Secretary of the Air Force provides assistance to a civilian law enforcement agency for drug interdiction purposes as authorized by chapter 18 of title 10, United States Code, through the provision of command and control data (including voice and digital information) from the Sector Operations Control Center at Tyndall 101 STAT. 1165 Air Force Base, Florida, to the civilian agency, reimbursement that is otherwise required under that chapter shall not be required to the extent that such data are provided to a facility of the civilian law enforcement agency that is located adjacent to such Sector Operations Control Center.
