SEC. 1080. CONSTRUCTION OF AUTHORITY OF DIRECTOR OF NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE TO ACQUIRE AND MANAGE PROPERTY AND SERVICES. Section 113(e) of title 40, United States Code, is amended—(1) in paragraph (18), by striking “or” at the end;(2) in paragraph (19), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; or”; and(3) by adding at the end the following new paragraph:“(20) the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.”.
