Sec. 138. (a) Section 9001(1) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by adding before the period “(other than an employee of the District of Columbia Courts)”.(b) Section 11–1726, District of Columbia Code, is amended as follows:(1) in subsection (b)(1), by adding at the end: “(F) Chapter 90 (relating to long-term care insurance).”.(2) in subsection (c)(1), by adding at the end: “(D) Chapter 90 (relating to long-term care insurance).”.
