Sec. 139. Of the amount appropriated as a Federal payment to the District of Columbia Courts in the District of Columbia Appropriations Act, 2002, that remain available through September 30, 2003, $560,000 are hereby transferred to the District of Columbia Child and Family Services Agency for child abuse services.117 STAT. 130
