SEC. 1103. DOMESTIC CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN VESSELS Section 7309(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking out “no naval vessel, and no vessel of any other military department,” and inserting in lieu thereof “no vessel to be constructed for any of the armed forces”.
