SEC. 1104. CONTRACTS FOR THE OVERHAUL, REPAIR, AND MAINTENANCE OF NAVAL VESSELS Funds appropriated pursuant to authorizations in this Act may not be obligated or expended for the overhaul, repair, or maintenance of any naval vessel unless, in the evaluation of bids or proposals for such activity, the Secretary of the Navy complies with the requirement of section 7299a of title 10, United States Code.
