Sec. 138. Akutan, Alaska.—(a) In General.—The Secretary of the Army is authorized to carry out the project for navigation, Akutan, Alaska, substantially in accordance with the plans, and subject to the conditions, described in the Report of the Chief of Engineers dated December 20, 2004, at a total cost of $19,700,000.(b) Treatment of Certain Dredging.—The headlands dredging for the mooring basin shall be considered a general navigation feature for purposes of estimating the non-Federal share of the cost of the project.
