Sec. 110. Within the funds provided under “Justice Information Sharing Technology”, the Attorney General shall establish an investment review board, which the Deputy Attorney General shall head: Provided, That within 90 days of enactment of this Act, the Department shall submit a plan that outlines the governance119 STAT. 2305structure and membership of the board: Provided further, That the Department shall submit to the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate and the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives, within 90 days of enactment of this Act, the project criteria that will initiate the board’s oversight, to include a listing of all projects to be reviewed during fiscal year 2006.
