Sec. 111. Section 3151(b) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by—(1) striking paragraph (2)(A) and (B); (2) in paragraph (1) by striking “(1)”; and (3) redesignating subparagraphs (A) and (B) as paragraphs (1) and (2), respectively.
