AMENDMENTS TO TITLE IX.
SEC. 2605. AMENDMENTS TO TITLE IX. (a) Section 902.—Section 902 is amended— (1) in subsection (c), by striking “the human immunodeficiency virus” and inserting “the etiologic agent for acquired immune deficiency syndrome”; and (2) in subsection (d)(3)(B)(i), by striking “the human immunodeficiency virus” and inserting “the etiologic agent for acquired immune deficiency syndrome”. (b) Section 903.—Section 903 is amended by striking “the human immunodeficiency virus” and inserting “the etiologic agent for acquired immune deficiency syndrome”.
