SEC. 2611. CERTAIN REFERENCES. Except as otherwise expressly provided, any reference made in this chapter to an amendment or repeal of a section or other provision shall be considered to be made to a section or other provision of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 201 et seq.).
